Based on the tradition started in the Japanese City if Higashikawa these hand-made chairs are made to order with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.  No screws or metal hardware.  Just good old fashioned wood joinery.  Locally harvested White Oak standard and other species available upon request.  Name and date of birth India inked on the underside of the seat.

Finished with food-grade all natural tung oil.  No petroleum products here.
