Shipping policy
Board Shipping for surf, SUP and windsurf is handled via American Airlines Cargo. We can not ship to individual address' for boards. American Airlines Cargo items will need to be picked up at the closest International Airport to your location. In some cases this can be a several hours drive depending on where you are ordering from. If you have questions prior to ordering please call 216-905-6924 or email jeffmcnaught1@gmail.com to confirm which airport your board will deliver to.
Once your order is placed you will receive instructions for inspecting the package upon delivery. It is critical that any damage to the item is noted PRIOR to accepting the package. ALL damage must be noted on the acceptance paperwork prior to taking possession of the package. Failure to document damage in writing and photographs will result in all damage being accepted by you , the customer and all replacement or repairs needed being the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Proper documentation will enable Edgewater Surf to make a claim with the shipper to replace or repair the goods. Without this documentation Edgewater Surf can not be held liable for any costs associated with repair or replacement.
